Note: To hold the cost of the weekend down and with the limited number of rooms that are available, costs were based on 4 to a room.  Any exceptions must be approved by the Kiwanis Family Weekend Chair.

 

Note: We are in an outdoor setting in the mountains.  It normally is hot during the day and cool in the evenings.  It is suggested that you bring sweaters and jackets plus a heavy blanket for the weekend.

             5:30 PM   -    8:00 PM              Picnic Part I – Cookout

8:30 PM   -  10:00 PM                           Get Acquainted, Organize Teams Plus Kiwanis Leaders Program (Icebreakers)

          10:00 PM   -  11:00 PM                Group Activity

          11:00 PM   -    Midnight              Bonfire

 

Saturday, September 6, 2008:

 

              7:30 AM   -   8:30 AM             Breakfast in Cafeteria

  9:00 AM   - 11:45 AM                          Separate Key Club & CKI Board Meetings & Kiwanis Training Session

12:00 PM   -   1:00 PM                           Lunch in Cafeteria

  1:30 PM   -   4:30 PM                          Tri-K Meetings, Break into Regional, Divisional Teams.  Discuss Training Programs & Event Scheduling & Joint Projects Plus Key Club Program

  4:30 PM   -   5:30 PM                          On Your Own

  5:30 PM   -   7:30 PM                          Picnic Part II – Cookout

  7:45 PM   - 11:00 PM                           Group Activity, CKI Program, Scavenger Hunt & Skits
